The objective of this project was to create a case study on the effectiveness of using ItsPayd.
ItsPayd is a software platform that allows merchant businesses to reach out to its past-due/at risk customers via email and text, while offering them other solutions in satisfying their payments.
As a result, my team and I created this case study so that founder of ItsPayd, Ken Green, could market it to his future clients.
