For my social media class I started my own fashion blog on Instagram. The purpose of it was to use the social media tools I learned to grow my personal brand and build customer relationships. I’m proud to say it has now grown to be an influential outlet where I market myself and promote products.
The emphasis of the course was understanding consumers’ social interactions, examining various social media channels available to marketers, learning how to build social marketing strategies, and practicing how to track its effectiveness.
