I have completed Yoga Six's 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training. This training was divided in 10 weekends, each weekend I was learning tools to:
1- Structure and create a cohesive, dynamic, well-‐rounded class.
2- Receive instruction in fundamental anatomy and physiology.
3- Learn creative techniques to ‘stoke the fire’ warming joints, muscles, & muscle tissue.
4- Discover the value of yoga postures on a physical, mental, & emotional level.
5- Experience the power of potent breath work.
6- Immerse in an introduction to meditation.
7- Employ the art of creative sequencing
8- Receive an overview of subtle anatomy, koshas, chakras, and vayus.
9- Explore the various streams of yoga philosophy
10- Gain the confidence and tools to teach.
11- Learn about marketing & the business of yoga.
